Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Did not fit well? No worries!

You can request a size exchange (if available) or store credit within 14 days of your purchase.

We require a proof of purchase or receipt that must accompany your exchange or store credit request.

The item(s) must be in a resalable condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, perfume, tear, and with all original tags attached), in the same original condition as received.

You can bring the item directly to us, or you just cover the return shipping cost (we recommend to use a shipping service that offers tracking service), VOD Boutique will cover the cost to ship the new item back to you (valid only for the first exchange per order).

Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item(s), you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your return for exchange or store credit.

The item(s) will be inspected within 1-5 business days of arrival. You will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted, your exchange will be processed and shipped back to you, otherwise you will receive a store credit.

Important

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, VOD Boutique reserves the right to refuse the exchange or store credit. 

If your returned item(s) does not qualify for an exchange or store credit, we will notify you, and you will need to cover the shipping cost to have the item(s) sent back to you.
